Holiday Breaks reward Beaurepaires customers over the promotional
period with Holiday Breaks Rewards for purchasing products from
participating Beaurepaires dealers in Australia. These Rewards can
be applied towards the cost of a range of 4 and 5-star
accommodation at over 250 fantastic resorts across Australia, New
Zealand, Asia and the Pacific.
What offers are currently available?
The offers are available at different times of the year - please
refer to your promotional material for specific timing. Currently,
until 31st December 2011, Beaurepaires is offering commercial
account holders a $500 Holiday Breaks Reward when they purchase 4
Dunlop or Goodyear truck tyres in one transaction. Offer applies
only to commercial truck tyres, and excludes passenger, 4WD and
light truck tyres.
After purchasing my new truck tyres, how do I claim my
$500 Holiday Breaks Reward?
Once you've concluded the purchase of your 4 Dunlop or Goodyear
truck tyres, simply click here or visit

details before 31 December 2011, including your invoice number and
Beaurepaires account number. You will be sent your Reward via email
within 14 days of submitting your registration containing details
on accessing your personal travel account and allowing you to make

receive an email containing details on accessing your personal
travel account and allowing you to make a booking. Alternatively

How do I use my Holiday Breaks Rewards?
Each Holiday Breaks Reward can be applied as a partial payment
towards the cost of accommodation in rooms and apartments at
participating hotels and resorts. Apply your Rewards towards the
maximum redeemable amount shown on this website for your specific
booking and then simply pay the balance. If you use less than the
total value of a Reward, a credit will be provided to you to use
towards another future booking. You may also combine multiple
Vouchers towards one booking.

Is the hotel and resort accommodation in apartments or
hotel rooms?
Accommodation ranges from hotel rooms and suites for 2 guests, to
3 bedroom self-contained apartments for 6 - 8 guests. Apartments
and villas are equipped with a kitchen, cooking utensils, cutlery,
crockery, linen and other items to make your holiday a great
experience.
What does 'Best Flexible Rate' mean in the accommodation
price charts?
Holiday Breaks offers resorts and holidays at competitive rates
before applying your rewards towards your chosen holiday. If you
find, at the time of booking, a lower 'flexible rate' than the
published 'Best Flexible Rate' for the same booking - we will
reduce the amount of rewards required to complete your booking by
the equivalent amount.
When is my Holiday Breaks Reward valid
to?
Rewards Vouchers are valid for up to 12 months to book and 18
months to travel. These details are either printed on the Reward
itself or will be presented in your online travel account. You can
also call Reservations on 1300 735 922 and quote your serial
number.
What is resort availability like? What about school
holidays?
Availability of accommodation and other rewards are more readily
available outside school holidays, public holidays, peak seasons
and special events, and exclusions or surcharges may apply during
these periods. Please call RewardsCorp on 1300 735 922 with your
holiday preferences for up-to-date resort availability and
recommendations. All requested booking dates are subject to
promotion availability.
How soon should I book my holidays?
To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book your holidays
as soon as you have decided on your preferred resorts and holiday
dates. While we have a substantial allocated room inventory
available for the Holiday Breaks Promotion, a number of the
participating resorts and apartment categories are very popular.
Although we strongly advise against leaving your booking as late as
possible, we will accept bookings with a minimum 21 days booking
notice required. Bookings will only be accepted within 21 days
notice at the discretion of RewardsCorp.

Are there resorts in any other holiday destinations other
than those featured in this website?
New destinations and properties are continually being added to the
Holiday Breaks collection. Email reservations@rewardscorp.com with
any other preferred resort destinations and we'll let you know if
there are any new properties coming online at those
destinations.
How do I book a holiday?
Call Reservation on 1300 735 922 with your preferred resort(s) and
holiday dates and we will be able to confirm your booking, or
advise the closest available dates. Alternatively, you can book
online 24/7 through the website.
Do I receive written confirmation of my
booking?
Yes, you will receive a Resort Accommodation Voucher confirming
your Booking Number, relevant details of your holiday booking,
resort arrival instructions, confirmation of the Holiday Breaks
Rewards used and the balance of the accommodation charges paid by
you, your original Holiday Breaks Reward serial number(s), and any
other booking particulars requested by you.
What if I don't have enough Reward value to make up the
maximum redeemable amount by Holiday Breaks Rewards? Can I pay the
difference in cash?

When do I pay the balance of my accommodation
booking?
Your accommodation payment is required upon confirmation of your
requested resort accommodation and booking dates. This is the
amount set out in the accommodation price chart for each property -
less the maximum redeemable Holiday Breaks Rewards which is applied
at this time.
How can I pay the balance of my accommodation or holiday
charges?
Payment can be made by cheque, money order, bank transfer or with
the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, BankCard (1.5%
surcharge), Diners Club and American Express (3% surcharge). With
payment by cheque, bookings can only be guaranteed upon receipt of
cleared funds.
Will I be charged if I cancel or amend my
booking?
Should you cancel your accommodation booking after full payment is
made, no refund applies. Resort extras are also non-refundable and
cannot be amended after your booking has been confirmed. However,
you can amend your booking dates for your selected resort as often
as you require up to 35 days prior to your booked arrival date for
a processing fee of $25, and you can also transfer your
accommodation booking to another party, without penalty or
incurring amendment fees, only name amendments will be permitted
within 35 days of arrival at your booked resort. No cancellations
or amendments are permitted for "Last minute specials". At the sole
discretion of RewardsCorp, and subject to the booked resort and the
specific room inventory being utilised for another booking,
cancellations and date changes may be permitted within 35 days
prior to your booked arrival date, subject to a $100 fee.
What if my Holiday Breaks confirmation email is lost or
deleted?
Simply give Reservations a call and confirm your full details and
we will be able to provide you again with the details required to
access your travel account.
