Information on how to claim and redeem your Beaurepaires Holiday Breaks Rewards, accommodation, package holiday and cruise rates and booking information form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the offer you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions relating to the promotion and redemption of this promotion, including rates, are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
The Holiday Breaks Rewards consumer offer is only available from participating Beaurepaires outlets in Australia, and only during the promotion period ending 3 September 2011. The Holiday Breaks Rewards

is only available from participating Beaurepaires outlets in Australia, and only during the promotion period ending 31 December 2011 (unless extended).
The
consumer offer
rewards eligible customers with a $250 Holiday Breaks Reward when they purchase four (4) Dunlop tyres in-store in the same transaction and on the one invoice at any participating Beaurepaires outlet in Australia. Offer applies only to passenger, 4WD and light truck tyres. Excludes commercial and agricultural tyres, government, fleet and account customers.

rewards eligible customers with a $500 Holiday Breaks Reward when they purchase four (4) Dunlop or Goodyear truck tyres in-store in the same transaction and on the one invoice at any participating Beaurepaires outlet in Australia. Offer applies only to commercial truck tyres, and to current commercial Beaurepaires account holders. Excludes passenger, 4WD and light truck tyres.
Commercial offer customers will need to claim their reward by 31 December 2011 by registering their details, including their invoice number(s) and Beaurepaires account number at

. Their Holiday Breaks Reward will be issued to them electronically within 14 days of submitting their registration online. Consumer offer customers will be handed physical voucher(s) at the time of purchase.
Each Holiday Breaks Reward has a fixed expiry date which is displayed either on the physical Reward or electronic Reward until which all bookings must be made; however your actual date of travel can be made for up to 6 months past the booking expiry date of the Reward.
All Holiday Breaks Rewards can be applied as a partial payment only towards the accommodation, package holiday or cruise rates and prices displayed on the website

In the event of a discrepancy between rates published in any printed brochure or other materials and the promotion website, the current rates on the promotion website will prevail. The number of nights that you can stay at each resort will vary, depending on the resort selected. The total amount of each Holiday Breaks Rewards that can be applied towards an accommodation booking is dependent on the resort selected, its location, the type of room selected and the number of nights selected. You will be required to pay the amount that remains outstanding in relation to each accommodation, package holiday or cruise booking. Information in relation to the amount of your Holiday Breaks Rewards that can be applied towards your accommodation, package holiday or cruise booking and the amounts outstanding that will be payable is available at

The Holiday Breaks Rewards promotion offers resorts and holidays at the guaranteed "Best Flexible Rate" before applying your Holiday Breaks Rewards dollars towards your chosen holiday. If you find, at the time of booking, a lower rate than the Holiday Breaks "Best Flexible Rate" for the same booking, we will match this price and reduce the amount of Holiday Breaks Rewards dollars required to complete your booking. If you find a lower rate, you will be required to show proof to your reservations consultant of the lower rate found, when making your booking.
The Best Flexible Rate is the best rate in the market place available to consumers for a particular booking, allowing for the same booking flexibilities and/or restrictions as determined by RewardsCorp or advised by the hotel or resort.
Availability of accommodation, package holidays and cruises are more readily available outside school holidays, public holidays, peak seasons and special events, and exclusions or surcharges may apply during these periods. Please call RewardsCorp on 1300 735 922 or visit

Both the physical and electronic versions of Holiday Breaks Rewards carry unique serial numbers which are validated and filed with your account at the time the Reward is issued to you. Upon registration of your Reward(s) you will receive an email with login details to your account as well as your Reward registration serial number(s). You will need these details to make a booking. Please call RewardsCorp on 1300 735 922 if you misplace your details.
Where the value of the accommodation that may be redeemed using a Holiday Breaks Reward is less than the total value of the Holiday Breaks Reward, the unused portion of the Reward will be provided to you as a Credit for that amount, and can be used for future Holiday Breaks bookings. A Credit is subject to the same Terms and Conditions as a Holiday Breaks Reward.
A Hotel Room, Suite or 1 Bedroom Apartment sleeps 2 guests, a 2 Bedroom Suite or Apartment sleeps 4 guests, a 3 Bedroom Apartment or Villa sleeps 6 guests, and a 4 Bedroom Villa sleeps 8 guests, unless stated otherwise. In the event of a situation whereby RewardsCorp or the resort cannot provide booked accommodation as previously confirmed, for whatever reason, RewardsCorp will undertake to relocate you into an alternative resort of comparable grading at no expense to you. Should there not be a resort of comparable grading in the vicinity of the original booking, it may be required to provide you with a resort of a lesser grading. If this is the case, any reduction in costs will be refunded to you. The alternatives offered are at RewardsCorp's discretion. Should you wish to choose a property of a standard other than offered under this condition, you will be required to pay any difference.
For accommodation bookings payment is required upon confirmation of your requested resort accommodation and booking dates unless you choose the Book Now Pay Later option (see point 18). For international packages including airfares and cruises, payment terms will be advised at the time of booking by our travel consultants. Payment can be made by cheque, money order, bank transfer or with the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, (a 1.5% credit card surcharge will apply) or Diners Club, Amex (a 3% credit card surcharge will apply). With payment by cheque, bookings can only be confirmed upon receipt of cleared funds.
Book Now Pay Later is available for any accommodation booking and it must be booked by speaking with one of our consultants by contacting our Call Centre (bookings cannot be made online). A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at time of reservation to hold your booking. You are able to pay the balance in one or multiple payments. Final payment must be made no later than 60 days after your initial deposit or prior to 30 days before check in, whichever comes first. If full payment has not been received before 30 days prior to check-in the booking will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Amendments to your booking are permitted however normal terms and conditions apply.
Acceptance of your booking is subject to each participating resort's standard conditions of acceptance of guests including, but not limited to, conditions in relation to booking, occupancy, payment and checkout that apply at all times.
Should you cancel your accommodation booking after full payment is made, no refund applies. Resort extras are also non-refundable and cannot be amended after your booking has been confirmed. However, you can amend your booking dates for your selected resort as often as you require up to 35 days prior to your booked arrival date, and you can also transfer your accommodation booking to another party, but all changes to bookings outside 35 days will incur a $25 amendment fee. Only name amendments will be permitted within 35 days of arrival at your booked resort. No cancellations or amendments are permitted for "Last minute specials". At the sole discretion of RewardsCorp, and subject to the booked resort and the specific room inventory being utilised for another booking, cancellations and date changes may be permitted within 35 days prior to your booked arrival date, subject to a $100 fee.
Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for all travel including airfares and/or transport to the relevant participating resort, spending money, mini bar, additional meals and any and all ancillary costs incurred in order to take advantage of your accommodation booking. The rates and information in promotional brochures and catalogues and the www.HolidayBreaks.com.au website is correct at the time of publication. RewardsCorp reserves the right to amend rates and conditions or withdraw resorts without notice. In the event of a discrepancy between rates published in any printed brochure or other materials and the promotion website, the current rates on the promotion website will prevail.
Beaurepaires, RewardsCorp and the participating resorts and other suppliers shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of your participation in the promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Your Holiday Breaks Reward is transferable to family, friends and work colleagues, but cannot be used to gain financial advantage through being sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged, redeemed for cash, or promoted as an incentive or reward by any third party as an inducement for any person or other entity to enter into any commercial arrangements with that third party. If your Holiday Breaks Certificate has been obtained through any of these methods it will not be honoured.
This promotion offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion available through RewardsCorp and/or the participating resorts.
In the event of war, terrorism, political or civil unrest, state of emergency or disaster, Beaurepaires and RewardsCorp reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer or your individual Holiday Breaks Reward.
RewardsCorp and the Promoter collects entrant's personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
